Functional Neurology Exercises x 3

Goblet Squats

Lunges

Barbell Good Morning

Barbell Squat

Barbell High Pull


Technical Exercise

3 x 3 Rack Jerk @46kg


Main Lift

5 x 2 Hang Power Clean + Jerk @60kg(1) @64kg(4)


Assistance Exercise

3 x 5 Isometric Front Squats 5 Second Holds @50kg


Jerk technique is getting better and feeling stronger under the bar - no videos today.

Slowly but surely moving forwards.
