Workout Diary Sept 26 - 27



Tough week this week time-wise, my diary was just full up and gym session times were scarce to be able to make and fit in.

Sometimes that's the way it is, took it on the chin and got in one good session for the week.


September 26th

Box Jump 2 x 3 @ 8kg + Bodyweight 20inch box

Anderson Squat - Wasn't sure where I was on this, first time in a very very long time

1 @ 40kg , 70kg, 90kg, 100kg, 110kg, 120kg, 130kg, 140kg

Close grip Bench Press 5 x 5 @ 40kg

DB Rows - 2 Arm 3 x 8 @20kg, 24kg(2)

Tricep Pushdown 3 x 8 @30kg, 36kg(2)

Mobility and stretching session
