It's been a long while since I posted in the training diary.
Currently in the process of moving home so a lot of things got put on hold, sessions got to be more a couple of exercises here and there as time evaporated.
During this time just been as I mentioned doing the odd thing, working on tricep strength
some lower back work, and yesterday was able to get in a box squat session and set a new PB for me @140kg so happy with that considering I haven't done any squatting or deadlift movements in the past 3 weeks.
